Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 10300 platform available at 10300.app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 10300 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Users who are under the minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services offered by 10300.
Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of 10300 services, users are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to 10300.
- Use a unique password that is not easy to guess.
- Do not share your account details with any third party.
- Log out of your account when you are done using a shared device.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 10300 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's system functions.
- Spreading false information, impersonating another person, or engaging in any form of fraud.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to manipulate odds, game outcomes, or the platform's payment systems.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
10300 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities, if there is evidence that the platform is being used for unlawful purposes.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 10300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method in their own name. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is prohibited.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within a timeframe that depends on your chosen payment method. 10300 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers such as banks or e-wallet operators.
To withdraw funds, users are required to submit a request through the designated channels on the platform. Withdrawals are subject to minimum requirements and identity verification before approval. 10300 reserves the right to decline or suspend any withdrawal request if there are grounds to doubt the legitimacy of the transaction.
Any service fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider during a transaction are the user's responsibility and not that of 10300.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
10300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and at our sole discretion if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, or upon request by legal authorities. Users will be notified via their registered email when an account is suspended, except in cases where doing so would impede an investigation.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned in accordance with established procedures once identity verification is complete.
Regarding liability limits, 10300 shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including technical service disruptions, data loss, or financial losses unrelated to a direct failure of our systems. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 10300 platform — including logos, text, interface design, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 10300 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 10300.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are outside our control. 10300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of those sites before engaging with them.
10300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or through a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
